The windmill project!

This is my first ever Lego windmill, I would say this is my best creation to date and most interesting. My goal was to make a mechanicaly functional windmill, which did in fact happen, yay! I used gears inside to run from the windmill fan thingy down to the black knob located below the side window. The knob spins when the fan does, therefore my windmill could run an appliance such as a winch if connected properly. Also, I had on this at one point a power house. But, it didn't look that great so I removed it. But, in the power house I made a gear shift, that way the windmill could power 2 things. I had a table saw and I couldn't think what else to add before I wrecked it.
I wouldn't say this windmill is a complete success though, unlike my other creations, this does't have much for an interior=( But, if I ever make another windmill, I thought up a way to make the different floors easily accessible, this would allow me to complete the interior in a detailed and interesting fashion!
Until next time, I plan to work on a water powered sawmill type thingy! Adios!

In this shot you get a good view of the steps leading inside, if you look at my past steps that I have made these are a little different as are the lamp posts. You can also see the window ledges that I placed on the top floor.

Here is a good shot of the roof, this was probably the hardest part of this project. Making the roof look decent.

Headquarters improved!

I improved my Headquarters by raising the tower up one more level and adding a spiral stair to the top. I think that this looks much better then the first version!

This is my Lego army barracks/headquarters. The main feature of this is the tower on the side. Although it is only one story tall. I used hinged bricks to give it its shape. The tower was the purpose of the entire model, I wanted to find a good way to make a semi-spherical tower on a building while maintaining functionality. I think this model should be considered a success.

Organized

Today I got this garage organizing tray system thingy(I don't know WHAT you call it) Anyways, I bought it to organize the Lego bricks I use the most. As you can see in a picture, for only 17$ it is a very good way to keep track of your bricks while building.

Crafting guild

Here is my crafting guild, it is a palce for master craftsmen to come practice their art. And for apprentices seeking knowledge, to come and learn. On the first floor you will find a pottery oven and two pottery wheels free for use. On the second floor there are two workbenches to work on. I used an angle in the wall on the first floor to see how it turned out, and I like it, it gives it a bit of much needed asymmetry.

Ground floor

Here on the first floor, I have a patio outside, and inside you will find two pottery wheels and a kiln.

Here is the upstairs to my crafting guild, it is complete with 2 Balcony, and a workbench.
